Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want this to be simple and fair. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Setup fees

One-off setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has started. If you cancel before we start, we refund the setup fee in full.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time by emailing [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the service keeps running until then. We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a month.

Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of payment, we refund the unused portion pro rata (by days remaining). After 14 days, the plan runs until the end of its term and is not refundable.

Message costs

SMS and WhatsApp messages already sent are passed-through costs and are not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, for example if a service has a major failure.
